The Seattle Seahawks enter the 2022 season without QB Russell Wilson leading the offense for the first time in a decade. Head coach Pete Carroll will be using the preseason to determine if Geno Smith or Drew Lock will be Wilson's replacement. Look for the Seahawks, who drafted RB Kenneth Walker in the second round, to move back to a run-first offense.
In their preseason opener, Seattle surrendered a 24-yard touchdown pass with three seconds remaining during a 32-25 road loss against Pittsburgh. Lock completed 11 of 15 passes for 105 yards and two scores in defeat.
