The Bears offense is averaging 18 points per game while their defense is giving up 18.9 points per game. The defense has been good, but the offense has been too inconsistent.
On the other side of this matchup is the Cowboys who sit with a 5-2 record overall and they are coming off another big win in the last game. The Cowboys defense was elite giving up only six points to the Detroit Lions and that was the difference. Dak Prescott completed 19 of his 25 passes for 207 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. Dallas is averaging 19.1 points while their defense is giving up 14.9 points per game. The defense is ranked second best in the league. Ezekiel Elliott is expected to miss this game to get him some extra rest heading into the buy week. The Cowboys still have Tony Pollard and the running game should still be fine in this game.
