While UAB hasn't had the most success th is season, beating Charlotte shouldn't be too challenging. The 49ers own one of the worst defenses in the country, giving up an abysmal 47.4 points per game. On top of that, they're also giving up 534.6 total yards per game.
The Blazers' offense hasn't been perfect, but they've at least hit the 35-point mark in two of their last three games. Furthermore, their backfield combined for 303 rushing yards and four TDs on 37 carries last week, so a repeat performance is likely against the 49ers, who have won of the worst run defenses in the country.
This really isn't a matchup that should involve too much overthinking. Charlotte has been putrid this season and unless there's the Blazers totally collapse, UAB should easily win this one.
