The 22nd-ranked Charleston Cougars will go on the road as they head to Trask Coliseum on Wednesday night as they take on the UNC Wilmington Seahawks in a Colonial Athletic Conference matchup. The Cougars are a dominant 16-1 (4-0) and are riding a massive 15-game winning streak and are coming off a 75-64 home win over the Delaware Blue Hens on Saturday. The S eahawks are an incredible 14-3 (4-0) so far and are riding a massive 13-game winning streak after a 66-61 road win against the North Carolina A&T Aggies on Saturday. These programs also will play on February 8 so this will be an interesting matchup here.

The Charleston Cougars have been dominating and were able to pick up a 75-64 home victory against the Delaware Blue Hens. They dominated in the second half as they scored 40 points. They struggled shooting the ball as they were 23-of-61 (37.7 percent) overall, 5-of-24 (20.8 percent) from the three, and 33 free-throw attempts. Senior guard Dalton Bolon led the team as in 24 minutes he finished with 13 points, eight rebounds, one steal, and two turnovers. Defensively, they need to continue what they are doing as they allowed 44.3 percent from the floor and 20 from deep here. Charleston did an okay job as they finished with five steals and four blocks throughout the game. 

The Charleston Cougars are doing incredibly well this season as they are 28th in the nation with 80.8 points per game thus far and shooting 44.4 percent from the floor and are averaging 13.1 assists per game. Defensively, they are giving up 70.6 points per game, which is 229th in the country. They need to improve with 2.9 blocks and 6.8 steals per game thus far.
