After three straight losses, the Boston Celtics closed out their seven-game homestand with four straight victories at TD Garden. The Celtics now travel to the Mile High City in search of a win after losing two of their last three on the road. The formidable offensive tandem of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown will need to b e at their best, while Al Horford and Robert Williams must contribute strong interior defense to defeat a hot Nuggets team.
Winners of seven straight at home, Denver and back-to-back MVP Nikola Jokic will look to add another victory in front of the Nuggets' faithful at Ball Arena. Aaron Gordon and Bruce Brown are probable for this one, while Jamal Murray is questionable. Even if Murray sits, Denver has a strong backup in Bones Hyland, who delivered 20 points and 11 dimes in his last game out.
Both teams will be at full or nearly full strength for this heavyweight battle. Denver will look to avenge a 131-112 loss in Boston back on Nov. 11.
