The Carolina Hurricanes and Pittsburgh Penguins face off on Tuesday in an NHL showdown at the PPG Paints Arena. When these two teams faced off in March it was the Penguins that secured the 4-2 victory.

On Saturday against the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Penguins only scored one goal and that led to the three goal defeat. Rickard Rakell had six shots on goal and one goal. The Penguins are averaging 3.45 goals per game while their defense is giving up 3.18 goals per game. Sidney Crosby on the season has scored 11 goals and added 18 assists this season.
