Canucks vs Islanders Prediction – NHL Picks 2/9/23

The Vancouver Canucks and New York Islanders face off on Thursday in an NHL showdown the UBS Arena. When these two teams faced off on January 3rd it was the Islanders that secured the 6-2 victory.

The Islanders are averaging 2.85 goals while their defense is giving up 2.63 goals per game. The offense is ranked 25th in the league while their defense is ranked 5th. In this game the defense is going to need to be strong. Brock Nelson has scored 19 goals and added 29 assists so far this season.
