We examine if newcomers RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley will lead the Toronto Raptors to a home win against the Chicago Bulls as we make our Bulls vs. Raptors NBA player props based on the best NBA odds.

The Toronto Raptors blew out the Miami Heat on Wednesday, and they look for a second straight win Thursday against the visiting Chicago Bulls. The Bulls lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday and are 5-5 over their last 10 games.

These two teams will likely jockey for positioning within the Eastern Conference Play-In Tournament throughout the rest of the season, and each game counts as we head into the second half of the 2023-24 campaign.

The Raptors shook up their lineup yet again Wednesday with the blockbuster trade of Pascal Siakam to the Indiana Pacers, so the team will rely on newcomers RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley to lead the way alongside Scottie Barnes.

Here are our best Bulls vs. Raptors NBA player props and NBA picks (odds via our best NBA betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Bulls vs. Raptors NBA player props

This one feels like easy money, as Barrett has been lights out since arriving in Toronto. He's taking nearly one shot per game less than in New York, but his field goal percentage is up from 45.8% to 56.9%. He's been hot, and we're counting on that trend continuing at home Thursday.

Barrett had a four-point night in a blowout against the Utah Jazz, but he's scored at least 23 points in five of his last six outings. Since becoming a Raptor, he's averaged 23.0 points at home and 19.3 on the road.

The recent trade of Siakam should open up more minutes and scoring opportunities for Barrett. Siakam averaged 22.2 points across 34.7 minutes this season, and his points and playing time must go somewhere. Barrett scored 24 points on Jan. 10 with Siakam out and finished with 26 on Wednesday.

Toronto is still without starting center Jakob Poeltl, and the recent trade of Siakam has stripped the Raptors of another strong big man. Toronto's frontcourt is seriously lacking in depth, and Vucevic should be able to capitalize on it.

Toronto allows the ninth most points in the paint per game this season, and without Siakam, they gave up a whopping 68 to the Miami Heat on Wednesday. The Raptors allow the ninth fewest rebounds per game on the season overall, but they've allowed the ninth most over their last three.

Vooch averaged just 23 PRAs against Toronto in two matchups this season, but the Raptors are much more vulnerable defensively now than they were then. Over his last five, the big man has averaged 34 PRAs, and he's hit the mark in five of his last eight on the road. This is an excellent spot for him, so we'll take the Over.

The Raptors' new shooting guard has quickly (pun intended) taken on a sizeable role in Toronto's offense, operating as an electric scorer and playmaker for his new team. Since arriving in Toronto, he's averaged 18.7 points, 5 rebounds, and 5.4 assists in nine games. He's racked up at least six assists in four of his last seven, got five games with at least 20 points, and has gone for at least 26 PAs in five of his previous eight.

Quickley's assists prop is set at 5.5, and we can get it for even money at FanDuel. Rather than relying on his playmaking, we can combine his points and assists. The odds are shorter, but this is an easier play to cash.

Chicago allows the eighth most assists to opponents on the season at 27.5, but the Bulls have allowed the most assists over their last three at 31. The Bulls have be en a top-12 defense in points per game allowed, but that's been buoyed by solid play at home. The team allows 109.5 points at home, but that number jumps to 115.9 on the road. With no Siakam and momentum on his side, we'll take the Over here.
