The Senators scored only two goals while the defense gave up four goals against the New York Islanders. Claude Giroux scored one goal and added an assist. The Senators are averaging 3.4 goals per game while their defense is giving up 3.53 goals per game. The offense is ranked 9th best in the league. Brady Tkachuk has scored six goals and added 14 assists. Giroux has also scored eight goals and added nine assists. In this game the Senators need the defense to be good.
