The Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills face off on Sunday afternoon in a key NFL showdown at Arrowhead Stadium. When these two teams faced off in the playoffs it was the Chiefs that won 42-36 in overtime.
The Bills come into this game with a 4-1 record overall and they are coming off another blowout loss in their last game. The offense scored 38 points against the Pittsburgh Steelers and that led to the blowout victory. Josh Allen had another huge game completing 20 of his 31 passes for 424 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception. Gabe Davis caught three passes for 172 yards and two touchdowns. The Bills on the season are averaging 30.4 points while their defense is giving up 12.2 points per game.
On the other side of this matchup is the Chiefs who sit with a 4-1 record overall but they were really tested in their last game against the Las Vegas Raiders. At halftime, the Chiefs were down 20-10 but in the second half the offense was good, and they secured the 30-29 victory. Patrick Mahomes completed 29 of his 43 passes for 292 yards and four touchdowns. The Chiefs are averaging 31.8 points while their defense is giving up 25 points per game. The offense is ranked 1st while the defense is ranked 24th.
