Buffalo Bills 2022 futures: Super Bowl odds, win total picks, best bets, schedule and more

There's a reason the Bills are the oddsmakers' preseason favorite to win the Super Bowl. Had the overtime coin toss in Kansas City gone the other way in the Divisional Round, it very well could've been Josh Allen and company hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. Having added potential impact pieces, rookie running back James Cook, veteran wide receiver Jamison Crowder, and two-time Super Bowl champion linebacker Von Miller, Sean McDermott's team is absolutely loaded.

Bills fans have never gotten the chance to celebrate a Super Bowl championshi p but this is easily their best chance since the early 90's. The schedule is a bit tricky though; potentially seven games will be played on non-Sundays, including being the only team showcased three times on Thursdays. Four of their first six games are on the road before a bye week and a home date against Aaron Rodgers' Packers. From Week 8 forward, Buffalo should be favored in every game with the possible exception of at New England (Week 13) and at Cincinnati (Week 17).

The over 11.5 wins for a preseason Super Bowl favorite seems mouthwatering. Assuming Josh Allen remains upright and healthy, it's hard to see Buffalo not reeling off a six-game (or higher) winning streak at some point during the season. While the AFC and Super Bowl odds seem fair, only those with a super strong conviction can play the Bills with a straight wager at those low odds. It might be worth saving the AFC and Super Bowl bets until the beginning of the postseason when they likely shouldn 't be that much lower.
