Bucks at Bulls Prediction – NBA Picks 2/16/23

The Milwaukee Bucks pay a visit to the Chicago Bulls at the United Center on Thursday night.

The Milwaukee Bucks have been on an absolute tear as they’ve won 13 of their last 14 games overall and they will be eager to build on their current 11-game win streak after beating the Celtics in a 131-125 overtime win on Tuesday. Jrue Holiday led the team with 40 points and seven assists on 13 of 21 shooting, Giannis Antetokounmpo added 36 points with 13 rebounds and nine assists while Khris Middleton chipped in with 16 points, 11 rebounds and four assists off the bench. As a team, the Bucks shot 47 percent from the field and 18 of 42 from the 3-point line as they poured in 37 points in the second quarter to overcome an early 14-point deficit and send the game into overtime where they held the Celtics to just nine points to keep their win streak alive.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls have been in poor form as they’ve lost eight of their last 12 games overall and they will be hoping to put an end to a five-game slide after falling short to the Pacers in a 117-113 road loss last night. Zach LaVine led the team with 35 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists, Coby White added 25 points on nine of 12 shooting off the bench, while Nikola Vucevic chipped in with 19 points with seven rebounds and two blocks. As a team, the Bulls shot 48 percent from the field and 15 of 35 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates and exploded for 39 points in the first quarter to open a 24-point lead, but they took their foot off the gas and just couldn’t hold off the pesky Pacers who dominated the rest of the way to steal the game in the end.
