With as much as 6 feet of snow expected to hit the Buffalo area this weekend, we could be set for our first snow game of the season at Highmark Stadium on Sunday. Temperatures are expected to be in the low 20s, with winds expected to hit approximately 20mph.
However, the NFL is now considering alternate sites for Sunday's game, given the severity of the forecast. The possible alternate sites for this contest are undisclosed, but one possible location could be Detroit’s Ford Field. This stadium houses the Lions and would allow the Bills to remain in Detroit until their meeting on Thanksgiving Day.
