The Boston Celtics came into Indiana on Saturday night and let the Pacers know that they still have a ways to go to get into the Celtics' stratosphere. Behind a suffocating defense that held the Pacers to season-lows in field goal percentage and points, the Celtics cruised to a 118-101 victory. The Celtics did this without starting center Kristap Porzingis who left the game early on with an eye injury. Boston was led by All-Stars Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown as the pair combined for 69 points in the win. Tatum finished with 38 points and a season-high eight 3-point field goals as the Celtics shot 51% from the field and led wire-to-wire.

“(Indiana) is really good,” Boston coach Joe Mazzulla said. “When we play connected basketball, with physical half-court defense and intentional, poised offense, we play better, and that’s kind of what we did.”

The Celtics look for a sweep of this back-to-back matchup with a Pacers team that knocked them out of the In-Season NBA Tournament this season. The Celtics come into this game with the league's fifth-ranked scoring offense. They are 8th in field goal percentage and 11th in 3-point field goal percentage. The Celtics are #1 in the NBA in 3-point field goals per game. The C's are also third in the league in scoring defense this season They are third in opponent's shooting and 10th in 3-point defense. The Celtics are a solid 8th in turnovers per game and are #1 in total rebounds per game.

Key Injuries: Tatum (ankle), Porzingis (eye) and Sam Hauser (shoulder) are all questionable for Monday.
