On Thursday night, the Boston Bruins set a franchise record for wins in a season, 58, with a 2-1 overtime win over the Columbus Blue Jackets at home. David Pastrnak tallied his 53rd goal of the season less than a minute into overtime to clinch the President's Trophy. The Bruins are now just four wins away from the NHL record of 62 wins shared by Detroit and Tampa Bay. Tyler Bertuzzi also scored for the Bruins and Linus Ullmark turned away 25-of-26 shots for the win. Boston is now 8-1 in its last nine games.
