The Bills head into the matchup after winning 27-21 over the New England Patriots in their last outing on December 31. In that matchup with the Patriots, Josh Allen had 169 yards on 15-of-30 passing (50.0%) for the Bills, with no touchdowns and one interception. He also carried the ball 11 times for 44 yards and two rushing touchdowns. Cook rushed for 48 yards on 16 carries (3.0 yards per carry), adding one reception for -4 yards. Dalton Kincaid had 87 yards on four catches (21.8 per reception) in that game.
The Dolphins’ last game was a 56-19 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Tua Tagovailoa went 22-for-38 with 237 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions for the Fins against the Ravens. In that matchup, Devon Achane had a 14-carry, 107-yard game (7.6 yards per attempt). He also added four receptions for 30 yards and one touchdown. Tyreek Hill caught six passes for 76 yards (12.7 yards per catch).
