The Bills head into this matchup after a 31-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in their most recent game. In that matchup with the Steelers, Josh Allen had 203 yards on 21-of-30 passing (70.0%) for the Bills, with three touchdowns and no interceptions. He also carried the ball eight times for 74 yards and one rushing touchdown. James Cook took 18 carries for 79 yards (4.4 yards per carry), while adding four receptions for five yards in the passing game. Dalton Kincaid had three receptions for 59 yards (19.7 per catch) and one touchdown against the Steelers.

Last time out, the Chiefs knocked off the Miami Dolphins 26-7. Patrick Mahomes II threw for 262 yards for the Chiefs against the Dolphins, going 23-for-41 (56.1%) with one touchdown and no interceptions. He added two carries for 41 yards. Isiah Pacheco carried the ball 24 times for 89 yards (3.7 yards per attempt) with one touchdown. In the passing game, he added one catch for -1 yards.
