Better Collective has signed a new long-term deal with Sport1 for the latter’s new online sports betting division.
Under the banner of the Sport1 Medien Group, Magic Sports Media GmbHb and Sport1 have come together with Better Collective for the new agreement – which is aimed at delivering both subsidiaries with data, statistics and content for the new sports betting page at SPORT1.de.
The agreement will go live in August 2022, with wettbasis.com – a label of Better Collective – co-branding the partnership.
In announcing the new deal, Better Collective CEO Jesper Søgaard confidently said: “Sport1 is a popular sports platform in Germany and a well-known brand among most Germans. We look forward to getting started, and I know my colleagues at Wettbasis.com are working hard to be ready with appealing and engaging content for the Bundesliga season; and in good time for the World Cup in football that is coming up in November.”
