The Bethune-Cookman Wildcats will head to Baton Rouge and face the Southern Jaguars in SWAC play from on the HBCU Network. Series
Bethune-Cookman dropped to 5-10 after losing to Grambling State on the road. The Wildcats trailed by double figures at the break, and ended up losing to the Tigers, 76-70. BCU scores points per game, while allowing ppg, and shooting from the field.
BCU has dropped six of their last seven games, and that may just end up continuing to be the story of their season. The Wildcats have shown a little bit of fight in their first two SWAC contests and they’re led by Marcus Garrett. The senior guard scored 22 points last time out versus Grambling and he leads the team in scoring (13.3). Swingman Kevin Davis has reached double figures in each of the last four games, and he’s second on the team in scoring (12.5).
