Best Same-Game Parlay for Panthers vs Golden Knights NHL Stanley Cup Final Game 5 (Can Barkov Keep Florida Alive?)

The 2022-23 Stanley Cup Final continues on Tuesday night with Game 5 between the'Florida Panthers and Vegas Golden Knights at 8 p.m. ET. There are a ton of ways to get in on the betting action, including making your own same-game parlay on FanDuel Sportsbook.

A same-game parlay is exactly what it sounds like. It involves stringing bets from one game together to create a parlay. Of course, all legs must cash for the parlay to be deemed a winning ticket. With that in mind, here's a look at my best same-game parlay for the Panthers-Golden Knights matchup.

The Panthers may not have won Game 4, but Aleksander Barkov did everything he could to give his team a shot at winning. The Florida captain led all players on both sides with six shots on goal and even scored his fifth postseason goal. With the Panthers' backs against the wa ll, I expect Barkov to keep firing pucks on net. Not only has he finished with three-plus shots in six of his last 10 games overall, but he's also made good on this prop in six of his previous eight away contests. In other words, this leg won't have an issue hitting tonight.

Jonathan Marchessault has been a goal-scoring machine, racking up four goals in the Stanley Cup Final thus far. He didn't score in Game 4, but it's important to remember that he was on a four-game goal streak before that. The Cap-Rouge, QC native now has 11 goals in his last 11 outings, giving him a ton of momentum heading into tonight's pivotal meeting. While some players collapse under the spotlight, I don't see that being the case for Marchessault. He's already scored in this series' first two games in Las Vegas, giving him a quartet of goals in his past four home tilts.

The Golden Knights' offense wasn't too present in the two games played in Florida, averaging just 2.5 goals per game. However, with the series returning to Sin City tonight, I see things changing. After all, the Golden Knights found the back of the net 12 times in Games 1 and 2, hitting the Over on this prop both times. They've also scored four-plus goals in 12 of their previous 16 home games. I won't be shocked if this game ends up being another 3-2 situation only for Vegas to score a late empty-netter for the fourth goal.
