Matt Duchene over 0.5 assists (+115)

Let's get our plays started with the Nashville Predators facing off against the St. Louis Blues, a familiar Central Division opponent. They've met once already this season, with the Preds smashing the Blues by a final of 6-2. That was just a stepping stone en route to St. Louis now allowing the 3rd-most goals per game. We expect that trend to continue with the Blues having just played yesterday against the defending Stanley Cup-champion Colorado Avalanche. Being in St. Louis has not helped the Blues either. They're allowing 3.85 goals per game at home, the 4th-most in the NHL.'

One of the primary reasons the Preds were able to handle the Blues with ease already this season was the play of Matt Duchene. He recorded 3 points in that game alone, and has always enjoyed facing St. Louis. In 4 meetings last season, he racked up 8 total points. That includes another 3-point game that was also on the road. He's also been skating alongside Filip Forsberg, Nashville's leading point-scorer. That's also without mentioning defenseman Roman Josi, who is virtually always on the ice. No matter who he links up with throughout the game, we expect Duchene to get in the box score with at least a point tonight.''
