The Los Angeles Lakers have earned the opportunity to eliminate the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday. In a postgame interview after Game 4, LeBron James acknowledged the Lakers will need an exceptional performance to achieve that goal on the road.
Although all eyes will be on James and Anthony Davis, there's actually another Laker who's positioned to make a significant impact on Wednesday, and it's not Lonnie Walker.

NBA SGP predictions: Lakers vs. Warriors
While Davis may have beaten the trends in Game 4, he didn't earn the nickname “alternating days” for no reason.
Of all players on the Lakers, it's quite obvious the Warriors have made it their mission to slow down Davis. Golden State is also making him work on the defensive end while playing smaller and constantly attacking Davis in the pick-and-roll.
Davi s is projected to score 23.4 points against the Warriors on Wednesday, which allows us to price the Under on 24.5 points at -140.
If you're interested in using this leg for any same-game parlay, consider using DraftKings. That sportsbook is offering the Under for Davis' point total at -110.
This is one of my favorite plays for Wednesday's action, and I've placed a straight bet on this prop through BetRivers at -106. You can find a full breakdown of this Reaves wager in our NBA best bets for Wednesday.
Reaves is projected to score 14.9 points against the Warriors, which allows us to price the Over on 13.5 points at -125. You can only use this leg of the parlay with Reaves if you're placing a same-game parlay through FanDuel or BetRivers. Sportsbooks like DraftKings are pricing the Over much differently on Reaves (-130), which leaves us with no edge.

A lot has been said about the Lakers not intentionally using James in more of a point guard role to save his legs and reduce wear and tear on his body. However, James was running the point when the contest was tight in Game 4 and the Lakers held a chance to go up 3-1 in the series.
Now you can bet the Lakers will be going all in with James if they get an opportunity to eliminate the defending champions on Wednesday. The offense will likely run through James if the game is close during the fourth quarter, which could result in several late-matchup assists.
James is projected to record 6.2 assists against the Warriors, which allows us to price the Over at -135. It's great to see a small edge in the pricing, but there's also plenty of reason to believe James will easily surpass this total of 5.5 assists.
