Although Atlanta pulled off the 8-2 win, Austin Riley wasn’t part of the fun going 0-4 and in Toronto, Aaron Judge had 4 BB in 5 plate appearances not really getting a chance to go deep. Top MLB Prop Bets for September 28th

Credit to the Astros, they’ve had the AL West locked up for quite awhile and hold a 6.5-game lead for the best record in the AL but they haven’t really put things into cruise control. Justin Verlander now looks like a lock for the AL Cy Young, he’s on the mound today against the Diamondbacks who have struggled at the plate most of the season.

Verlander opposes Arizona ace Zac Gallen who might be the best pitcher in baseball that people don’t talk about enough, and he’s been lights out most of the season. Gallen hasn’t allowed more than 3 ER since July 8th. Two of baseball’s best pitchers on the mound, a late season matchup that doesn’t really matter, let’s take plus-money that that starters cruise through the lineup once.
