Tank Dell scored a touchdown in six of his 11 games as a rookie, flaunting an electric connection with Stroud.
Although the wide receiver room is more crowded this season with the addition of Stefon Diggs, Dell still poses a significant scoring threat due to his deep-ball prowess.
Sportsbooks, though, are discounting Dell relative to his pass-catching teammates.
After a modest three catches for 40 yards in Week 1, we're seeing Dell's touchdown odds inflated above Diggs and Nico Collins across most of our best sportsbooks.
That makes the second-year speedster a value on Sunday night.
The best odds on a Dell touchdown come from Fan Duel at +185, followed closely by +180 at DraftKings. The value is somewhat depleted at BetMGM and Caesars due to less favorable odds of +170 and +150, respectively.
Against the Texans in Week 1, Colts QB Anthony Richardson only completed nine passes on 19 attempts. The knock on the Houston defense was their lapses in allowing explosive plays.
Houston permitted three completions of 50+ yards to Indianapolis last week, which should provide an opportunity for Williams to hit on a deep splash play or two.
And DJ Moore is the Bears receiver I trust the most in this regard.
Most of our best NFL betting sites don't list the longest reception props as part of their SGP offerings.
Caesars does, listing Moore's longest reception line at 23.5 yards, but their odds on Dell to score a TD were notably inferior.

The Texans have announced their intentions to keep the roof open for Sunday Night Football, and the conditions should be perfect for Stroud to air it out.
After allowing just 127 passing yards and intercepting Will Levis twice last week, the Bears will face more challenging circumstances when facing Stroud.
Although Stroud did not reach 263.5 passing yards last week against the Colts, he cleared this FanDuel line in nine games last season.
The Chicago defense showed improvement in Week 1, but it ranked 25th in opposing passing yards per game last year. We're chalking up much of their success last week to Levis' miserable play.
