The veteran righty, who sports a 98:40 K:BB ratio, surrendered three runs on seven hits with eight strikeouts in his last outing. He has given up eight runs and 16 hits in his last two outings (11.1 IP). The 11th-year pro also had a rough end to June (11 runs on 16 hits in 7.2 combined frames vs. Seattle and Cincinnati).
