The Atlanta Braves (63-42, 54-51 RL, 42-49-4 O/U)  and the New York Mets (65-38, 55-48 RL, 51-45-7 O/U) open a huge three-game series on Thursday night. The Braves will have Kyle Wright on the bump. The Mets send out Carlos Carrasco targeting his second consecutive win. The Mets lead the season series by a 4-3 margin.

Wright was stellar once again in his previous start, limiting the Diamondbacks to only two runs in 6.2 innings, and earned the win to improve his record to 13-4. The talented young right-hander is reliable, allowing two or fewer runs in five out of his last six outings, and features a stifling 2.93 ERA and a 1.15 WHIP in 122.2 innings of work on the season.
