Arizona lost that game, 31-7, in Manhattan, mustering fewer than 60 rushing yards in the contest. That pales in comparison to Utah's rushing attack, which will thrive regardless of Rising's ability to suit up for this game.
The Utes have averaged over 200 rushing yards per game this season and face an Arizona defense that has surrendered an average of 223.0 rushing yards against FBS foes, a mark which ranks 112th nationally. There's your mismatch.

As crazy as it might seem to tab Utah's senior tight end for multiple touchdowns, it's a feat he's already accomplished twice in four games this season.
After catching three touchdowns in the opener against Southern Utah, Brant Kuithe snared one through the air and added another on the ground out of the wildcat formation in last week's win over Oklahoma State.
Rising's absence from that game conceivably contributed to Kuithe's goal line opportunity coming to fruition, so the QB's status doesn't really impact my thoughts on this prop.
