The Arizona State Sun Devils (1-5, 2-3-1 ATS, 1-5 O/U) battle the Washington Huskies (6-0, 3-2-1 ATS, 3-3 O/U) in a PAC 12 showdown on Saturday evening. The Sun Devils dropped a home decision to Colorado before their bye last week. The Huskies recorded a big home win against Oregon in their previous bout. Arizona State posted a 45-38 home win against Washington last season.

The Arizona State Sun Devils are in need of a win. Arizona State won the season opener against Southern Utah of the FCS but has since lost five consecutive games. They have been competitive in most of the defeats, losing by three points on the road against California, and were three-point dogs in a narrow 27-24 home loss to Colorado last time out to dip to 0-3 in conference play. The squad had their bye last week. The Sun Devils have covered the spread in two of their three conference games.

Trenton Bourquet has been the #1 QB in the last few games as Jaden Rashada remains out due to injury. Bourquet has been stellar, recording 344 passing yards against California and 335 yards in the loss to Colorado. The junior QB now has 726 passing yards with a 1:2 TD to INT ratio in just over two games of play.

Arizona State will pas s more than run. Cameron Skattebo has reached 100 rushing yards just once this season. He has not been effective recently and has posted 367 rushing yards on an average of 3.9 yards per rush. The receiving group is solid. Elijah Badger brought in 134 receiving yards in the loss to Colorado and has registered 422 receiving yards. The ASU offense has not been able to break out, scoring 24 or fewer points in all but one game, scoring 28 in the loss to USC.

The Sun Devils defense is decent and has kept them in games. They struggled against a potent USC offense but held California to just 24 points, plus held a potent Colorado squad to only 295 total yards and 27 points. The pass defense is ranked 52nd while the rush defense is solid, coming in at 40th.

Arizona State is only averaging 18.7 points on the year, pegging them 124th. They are conceding an average of 28.3 points, placing them 88th.
