Arizona State at Oregon – 1/12/23 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Arizona State Sun Devils will head up to Eugene to take on the Oregon Ducks from the Matthew Knight Arena on FS1. Oregon holds a narrow 47-46 series lead, but Arizona State did win both meetings last year.

Arizona State improved to 13-3 after beating Washington in Tempe. The Sun Devils pulled away from the Huskies in the second half to notch an eight-point victory. ASU scores 72.2 points per game, while allowing 64.9 ppg, and shooting 42.5% from the floor.

Arizona State responded to their first pair of losses since Nov. 13th by defeating both Evergreen State schools. The Sun Devils have jumped out to a 4-1 start in Pac-12 play, and could be sneaky players when March rolls around. DJ Horne leads the charge for ASU again this season. The junior guard went for 22 points in the win over SMU, and he leads the Sun Devils in scoring at 12.1 ppg. Former Michigan guard Frankie Collins looks good in Tempe through the first half of the season, and he’s averaging 11.2 ppg, 4.6 rpg, and a team-lead 5.1 apg. Nevada transfer Warren Washington mans the middle, and he leads ASU in boards at 7.1 rpg, while scoring 8.4 ppg.
