Arizona State at Oklahoma State Prediction for Week 2

Don't underestimate Arizona State in the Pac-12; this is a very good football team that should be able to compete with the top teams in college football. All of the focus was on USC this offseason because of the Lincoln Riley move, but the Sun Devils quietly had a great offseason themselves because of the transfer portal. Former Florida quarterback Emory Jones has joined the team, and the only reason he is even in Arizona is because of Anthony Richardson. Jones is still a good QB that can get the job done, and he showed that in the 40-3 win over Northern Arizona in Week 1. Former Wyoming RB Xazavian Valladay also joined the squad through the transfer portal, and should have a great season behind this offensive line.
Oklahoma State better be careful here. The Sun Devils have a very good team, and with the flaws they showed in their 58-44 win over Central Michigan, could misstep here. Ch ippewas QB Daniel Richardson went off, and RB Lew Nichols was able to do okay despite being bottled up for most of the game. The defense was exposed, and Arizona State can take advantage of that.
