The 2022-23 NHL season goes on with a 11-game Saturday card and brings this Western Conference clash from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California when the Arizona Coyotes take on the Anaheim Ducks at 10:30 p.m. ET.
These teams enter even on the Moneyline at -110 with the total set at 6.5. Anaheim has won the only meeting between these clubs so far the season, winning in Glendale on January 24, 5-2.
Nick Schmaltz scored a hat trick and Karel Vejmelka stopped all 33 shots he faced as the Arizona Coyotes shut out the St. Louis Blues, 5-0. Schmaltz finished with three goals and an assist and Nick Ritchie had two assists. The victory was the second in the last three for Arizona who are 3-7-0 in their last 10. The Coyotes are 6-20-3 on the road.
“It's pretty cool,” Schmaltz said. “It's always fun when you can score and contribute to a big win like that. It was a lot of fun out there and yeah, I'm happy to get the first `hatty.'”

Vejmelka is really coming into his own, allowing two or fewer goals in three of his last four starts, and has allowed seven total goals in that span. Arizona is 25th in goals allowed per game (3.53) and 28th in goals per game (2.61). Schmaltz now has seven points over his last five games and is tied for third in the club with 28 points.
