Arizona will visit Denver on Sunday, pitting a 4-9 Cardinals squad versus a 3-10 Broncos team. Arizona, which lost quarterback Kyler Murray to a season-ending knee injury in Monday's game versus New England, has lost three straight. The Broncos, who will be without QB Russell Wilson, were defeated 34-28 by Kansas City last week, their fifth straight loss.
Denver is a 1.5-point spread favorite, and the game total is 36.5 points. Kickoff from Empower Field at Mile High will be at 4:05 p.m. ET.
Without Murray, the Cardinals will look to veteran Colt McCoy to lead them the rest of the way, starting Sunday at Denver. The 36-year-old is a capable quarterback, with a 62.6 completion percentage, 34 touchdowns, and 31 interceptions over 12 NFL seasons. He came on in relief of Murray three times earlier this season, with one win and two losses.
McCoy will be tasked with running an Arizona offense that's 17th in points scored (21.3) and 20th in total yards (333.8) per game. He can rely on DeAndre Hopkins (653 receiving yards and 3 TDs) to win most of his jump balls, as well as Marquise Brown (565 receiving yards and 3 TDs), when under duress. Running back James Conner (561 rushing yards and 5 TDs) leads an unproductive Cardinals rushing attack that's 17th in average rushing yards per game. Arizona is converting 59.4 percent of its red zone trips into touchdowns (11th-best) and is converting 37 percent of its third-down plays into firsts (24th-best).

The Arizona defense surrenders an NFL-worst 26.8 points per contest. AZ's opponents are averaging only 110.2 rushing yards per game, the 8th-lowest, but they're taking advantage of a poor Cardinals secondary to the tune of 243.8 passing yards per game. Arizona is giving up the sixth-highest third-down conversion percentage and is surrendering the second-highest red zone touchdown conversion percentage in the league.
