The Anaheim Ducks and Detroit Red Wings face off on Sunday in an NHL showdown at Little Caesars Arena. When these two teams faced off on January 31st it was the Ducks that secured a 2-1 lead.

In this game, the Ducks need to find a way to get the offense going, and put some pressure on the Red Wings.
On the other side of this matchup is the Detroit Red Wings who sit with a 2-0-2 record overall and on Saturday they were defeated by the Chicago Blackhawks 4-3. They gave up two goals in the third period and then gave up the goal in overtime. Pius Suter scored a goal and had three shots. Detroit is averaging 3.75 goals while their defense is giving up 2.75 goals per game. The offense has been strong and is ranked 9th in the league. In this game though the defense is going to need to be good.
