The Alabama Crimson Tide and Mississippi State Bulldogs face off on Wednesday in a college basketball showdown at Humphrey Coliseum. When these two teams faced off in February it was Alabama that secured the 80-75 victory.

In the last game against Drake, Mississippi State scored only 52 points, and although they only gave up 58 points, it wasn’t enough as they were defeated. No one scored more than 11 points in that game for Mississippi State, and they ended up losing. Mississippi State is averaging 68.3 points while their defense is giving up 52.6 points per game. This is a defense first team that is ranked second best in the league.
