The Alabama A&M Bulldogs will travel south and face the Jackson State Tigers in SWAC play from the Lee E. Williams Center. Jackson State leads the all-time series 24-13, after winning four of the last six meetings.
Alabama A&M dropped to 6-10 after losing to Alcorn State in Lorman. The Bulldogs fell behind big early, and failed to recover, losing to the Braves by 13 points. Alabama A&M is scoring 71.9 points per game, while allowing 75.9 ppg and shooting 44.4% from the field.
Alabama A&M’s remains winless on the road as they head over to Jackson, and you have to wonder how long that trend may continue. Four-year starter Garrett Hicks runs the show, and after scoring 23 points in the win over MVSU, he’s up to a career-best 15.5 ppg. Swingman Dailin Smith scored 15 points last time out versus Alcorn, and he’s second on the team in scoring at 10.8 ppg.
