Air Force over taking heaviest betting action of any school's side on 2022 college football win total odds

Which over/under win total side'has taken the heaviest betting action at Caesars Sportsbook for the upcoming college football season? Not a national powerhouse like Alabama or Ohio State, but Mountain West school Air Force. The Falcons opened with a total of 7.5 but have taken so much money on the Over that the number is now 8.5 – Coach Troy Calhoun's team finished 10-3 last year (8-4-1 against the spread).

Six schools are projected by oddsmakers to be betting favorites in every regular-season g ame:'Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Utah'– all Power 5 programs — are among them. Air Force is the sixth. The Falcons host Northern Iowa, Colorado and Navy as part of their out-of-conference schedule and play Army at a neutral site at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. In conference, Boise State visits Falcon Stadium, and AFA closes the regular season at San Diego State and certainly could be an underdog there.

Boise is the +200 favorite to win the Mountain West followed by Fresno State (+250) and AFA (+450). Last year, Air Force's losses were by four at home to Utah State, by six at home to San Diego State, and by a touchdown in overtime against Army at AT&T Stadium.

Calhoun brings back starting quarterback Haaziq Daniels, leading rusher Brad Roberts, four fifths of the offensive line, and eight defensive starters.
