North Dakota State at Arkansas – 11/7/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The North Dakota State Bison will play the Arkansas Razorbacks in a non-conference game on Monday night at Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The North Dakota State Bison went 23-10 (13-5) last season and finished second in the Summit League standings. North Dakota State lost a good amount of production from their team last season and only returns one starter. The Bison will have to replace a lot from last season, but will have size inside the paint. Grant Nelson and Andrew Morgan are both 6-10 and will wreak havoc for the NDSU opponents around the rim. North Dakota State has some question marks and will probably take a few weeks to figure everything out.

The Arkansas Razorbacks were 28-9 (13-5) last season and finished fourth in the SEC standings. Arkansas went to the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament last season before losing to Duke by a score of 78-69. Arkansas also made it to the SEC Tournament semi-finals, where they lost to Texas A&M by a score of 82-64. Arkansas also lost a lot of production from last season, but was able to find some transfers and had the number two recruiting class in the country. Arkansas is projected to be one of the best teams in the country this season, but I think they will start slow like they have over the past two years. Expect all of the new faces in the program to take a few games to gel.
