Air Force at Bowling Green – 11/7/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Air Force Falcons will play the Bowling Green Falcons in a non-conference game on Monday night at Stroh Center in Bowling Green, Ohio.

The Air Force Falcons went 11-18 (4-13) last season and finished 10th in the Mountain West standings. Air Force lost in the first round of the Mountain West Conference Tournament against Utah State by a score of 83-56, which ended their season. Air Force loses two good players, one to graduation and one to a transfer, and will hope to fill that production with freshman coming in. Air Force really struggled to score last season and lost 20.5 points per game with the two previously mentioned departures. Don’t expect much from the Falcons this year.

The Bowling Green Falcons went 13-18 (6-14) last year and finished tied for 9th in the MAC standings. Bowling Green did not qualify for the MAC Tournament and did not participate in any postseason action. Bowling Green lost four players that averaged nine points or more per game last season and will have to be creative to replace them. The Falcons did get two transfers from other Division One programs, Leon Ayers from Duquesne and Sam Towns from Ohio. The Bowling Green defense was not good last season and needs to be the number one priority for the Falcons this year. Bowling Green has a long way to go before they will be competitive in the MAC.
