Florida will travel to College Station and take on Texas A&M this Saturday from Kyle Field. Texas A&M and Florida have only met twice since becoming SEC rivals, with both schools picking up three point wins.
Florida is 4-4 after losing to Georgia in Jacksonville in Week 9. The Gators performed admirably in the third quarter and showed signs of life but ultimately fell to the Bulldogs by 22 points. Florida is scoring 30.1 points per game, while passing for 223.8 yards per game (153rd), and rushing for 199.1 ypg (49th). The UF defense is allowing 29.8 points per game.
Anthony Richardson will lead the Gators into College State on the heels of another underwhelming performance. The sophomore quarterback faced a stiff UGA defense that wouldn’t let them beat him with their feet, ultimately neutralizing him. It’s unlikely things turn around with the fierce 12th man barking their way. Richardson has passed for 1,638 yards with seven touchdowns to seven interceptions, while rushing for 414 yards and six more scores.
