Conversely, Dallas excelled both with a rest advantage (11-6 SU) and following a loss (26-12 SU) last season.

Back the Mavericks to regain their focus following a disappointing loss to the Pelicans, whereas the Nets should continue to reel following a disappointing collapse in Milwaukee.
