The Utah Jazz (3-1) will host the Houston Rockets (1-3) on Wednesday night in a rematch from the Rockets 114-108 win that took place in Houston Monday night.

The Houston Rockets finished with an NBA-worst record of 20-62 last season. In the 2022 draft, Houston selected Jabari Smith at No. 3 from Auburn, Tari Eason No. 17 from LSU, and made a trade to acquire TyTy Washington out of Kentucky who Memphis selected at No. 29. Smith (15.3 ppg, 7 rebounds) and Eason (9 ppg, 6.3 rebounds) have already made an impact through four games. Smith is also the first Rocket since Hakeem Olajuwon to score at least four points in each of his first four career games for Houston. Overall, Jalen Green leads the charge with 24 ppg, Kevin Porter Jr with 20.8 ppg, and Alpren Sengun with 15.7 ppg and 10 rebounds.

Houston started the season 0-3, losing to Atlanta 117-107, Memphis 129-122, and Milwaukee 125-105. The Rockets earned their first win on Monday against Utah at home and now will look to beat the Jazz again as they hit the road. The Rockets starters went a perfect 20 for 20 from three free-throw line in Monday's win. Kevin Porter Jr dropped 26 points with 10 rebounds, Jalen Green dropped 25 points, and Smith added 21 points and nine rebounds. The Rockets pulled out the victory without Sengun, who is out with an illness, and will also miss Wednesday's game.
