Washington State (4-3, 1-3) will host the No. 14 ranked Utah Utes (5-2, 3-1) on Thursday in a Pac-12 matchup. The Utah Utes have won the last three head-to-head matchups in this series. Rising went 30 for 44 passing for 415 yards with two touchdowns and no picks against USC and rushed for 60 yards with three touchdowns. Rising is fourth in the nation on the season with an 89.3 QBR.
