The UAB Blazers will travel to Bowling Green, KY this week for a conference matchup against Western Kentucky. UAB is 4-2 On the year riding a two game win streak after a 14 point win at home against Charlotte on Saturday. Offensively UAB dominated the game compiling 510 total yards of offense including 279 on the ground to score 34 points in the victory.
Dylan Hopkins orchestrated the offense for UAB completing 15 of 23 passes for 231 yards and one score and ran the ball 10 times for 103 yards and one touchdown as well. DeWayne McBride led the way on the ground for UAB with 137 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries.
