UNC vs. Duke picks: Predictions, odds, injury report for Week 7 ACC college football matchup

The Blue Devils struggled to stay consistent on offense, producing just 278 total yards and a touchdown. Sahmir Hagans housed an 81-yard punt return to get Duke back into the game late.
