The New York Rangers (1-0) will be trying to pick up their first road win of the season when they face the Winnipeg Jets (0-0) on Friday night. The Rangers are coming off a 3-1 win over Tampa Bay. The Jets finished the 2021-22 season with a 39-32-11 record, but it wasn’t good enough to make the playoffs.
New York is 7-2-1 in its last 10 games against Winnipeg.
The Rangers got off to a good start, defeating the Lightning in their first game. They will try to keep the momentum going with a win over the Jets, which will give them their second win in a row.
