The Ohio Bobcats and Western Michigan Broncos face off on Saturday in a MAC college football showdown at Waldo Stadium. When these two teams faced off in 2019 it was Western Michigan that won 37-34. 

Ohio comes into this game with a 3-3 record overall and they are coming off a big win in their last game. Ohio gave up 34 points to Akron, but the offense put up 55 points and that led to the easy victory. At halftime they were up 28-13 and they never looked back as they cruised to the victory. Under center for Ohio is Kurtis Rourke and he completed 24 of his 47 passes in his last game for 427 yards and three touchdowns. Ohio is going to need another big game from Rourke. Ohio is averaging 33.2 points while their defense is giving up 40.6 points per game. In this game, the defense is going to have a big game. 

On the other side of this matchup is Western Michigan who sits with a 2-4 record overall and they are coming off another loss in their last game. Western Michigan scored 23 points while their defense gave up 45 points and that led to the 22 point defeat. Jack Salopek is under center for Western Michigan and he completed 15 of his 40 passes for 208 yards and two touchdowns, and zero interceptions. The running game didn’t get going and they need a more balanced attack in this game. Western Michigan is averaging 22.7 points while their defense is giving up 30.8 points per game.
