It doesn't matter if it's Mitchell Trubisky or Kenny Pickett under center: the Steelers just don't look good this season – especially on offense. Pittsburgh only averages 15.4 points (third-worst) and 295.8 total yards (fifth-worst) per game, whereas Tampa Bay's defense ranks sixth-best in both of those categories.
Including the playoffs, Tom Brady is an impressive 12-3 in 15 all-time matchups against the Steelers. While this is his first time facing them as a Buccaneer, it was only three years ago that Brady torched Pittsburgh to the tune of 341 passing yards and three TDs.
Brady's wideouts are only getting healthier as the days go by. Judging by how bad the Steelers ha ve looked on both sides of the ball, expect the Buccaneers to make examples out of them.

A 43.5-point total may not seem huge, but I opting for the under here. Both sides have experienced the under more often than not this season and after the Steelers were shut down by the Bills' defense, I don't see them playing much better against Tampa Bay's stout unit.
Even with the Bucs doing most of the heavy lifting, I don't think it'll be good enough. Stick with the under here.
