Big Ten foes match up when the Purdue Boilermakers (4-2) and the Nebraska Cornhuskers (3-3) play on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Ross-Ade Stadium.

The Boilermakers head into the matchup after winning 31-29 over the Maryland Terrapins in their last game on October 8. Last time out, the Cornhuskers took down the Rutgers Scarlet Knights 14-13. Against the Terrapins, Aidan O’Connell led the Boilers with 360 yards on 30-of-41 passing (73.2%) for two touchdowns and one interception. Devin Mockobee totaled 26 rushing yards on 13 carries (2.0 yards per carry), scoring one touchdown on the ground. He also had three catches for 30 yards. Payne Durham had seven receptions for 109 yards (15.6 per catch) and one touchdown against the Terrapins. Casey Thompson’s performance for the Huskers against the Scarlet Knights included 24-of-36 passing for 232 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Anthony Grant carried the ball 19 times for 47 yards. He caught six passes for 34 yards. Trey Palmer collected four catches for 64 yards (on six targets), with one touchdown.

The Boilermakers are favorites by double-digits (13 points) over the Cornhuskers. The total is set at 58.5 points.
