The Detroit Red Wings will continue their preseason Saturday night as they travel to Toronto, ON to take on the Toronto Maple Leafs. Detroit has been lackluster thus far this preseason with only two wins in six games after losing four of the last 5 games including two in a row following a 4-2 loss against Washington. Ville Husso struggled immensely in the net for Detroit posting a .912 save percentage after allowing three goals on 34 shots in just under 59.5 minutes on the ice.

Much of the struggle for Detroit this preseason has been their lack of offense as the Red Wings''are averaging only 2.5 goals on 30 shots per game as a team. Michael Rasmussen leads the Detroit offense with four points to go along with a team high 3 assists and Dominik Kubalik leads the team with three goals on 11 shots.

The Toronto Maple Leafs will go back home Saturday night running through the preseason with a 4-1 overall record riding a 3 game win streak following a blowout of Montreal in their last game. Matt Murray dominated in the net for Toronto posting a .967 save percentage after stopping 29 of 30 shots including nine on the power play leading to the victory.
