In the previous game, Oregon crushed the Eagles 70-14 despite just a 27.5-point spread. EWU's only win of the season came in the opener, a 36-29 victory at home against Tennessee State in which the Eagles were 25-point favorites.
Florida is 2-2 overall and against the spread this season. The Gators last game was a 38-30 loss at Tennessee as 11-point underdogs. They failed to cover as 23-point favorites against South Florida at home the previous week, winning 31-28. Kentucky was a six-point underdog at Florida in Week 2 but won 26-16. The Gators opened the season with a 29-26 win against 2.5-point favorite Utah. '
